Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process it. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place your order on a Saturday, your order will be processed the following week. We currently only ship within the European Union.
The standard shipping fee for all sales is 15€. Returns are free.
Returns
Custom orders are non returnable. If you wish to return any item, you must contact us within 14 days from receipt. You then have 14 days to return your order to our warehouse. The item must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject stock availability at the time of the request. Exchanges can only be made on same style items in a different size.
Once your return has been received back to our warehouse, please allow 14 business days from receipt for your refund to be processed. Once a refund is processed from our side, please wait 3-10 business days for the refund to clear into your bank.
