FAQ
Delivery
Standard shipping is free and usually takes 24/48 hours depending on destination. Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process it. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place your order on a Saturday, your order will be processed the following week. We currently only ship within European Union.
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: custom fees, other taxes and charges will be added by the shipping company and must be paid by the customer.
Our delivery partner is MRW. Once your order has been collected you will receive a notification to let you know that your parcel is on its way.
Returns
Custom orders are non returnable. If you wish to return any items you must contact us and return the product within 14 days. The item must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. The return fee for all sales is X€. Once your return has been received back to our warehouse, please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject stock availability at the time of the request. Exchanges can only be made on same style items in a different size.
Our delivery partner is MRW. If you wish to return an item, please do so using the MRW returns portal.
